SHIPPING POLICY:
Once you place the order, it will be shipped usually at the next business day, but no later than 3 business days.
We offer 2 convenient methods of delivery:
1. via certified courier delivery service (combined EMS and USPS) with online tracking code. Usual time for delivery is from 4 to 7 business days (not including inbound/outbound time at US customs)
2. via regular mail with usual delivery time up to 14 days (without online tracking number). RECOMMENDED
Your medication is discreetly packaged to protect your privacy and security.
Every purchase is guaranteed, if your order does not arrive 10 days (for certified courier delivery) and 20 days (for regular mail delivery) after shipping we will reship your order at no extra cost to you.
*Important note: due to new US Customs regulations if you order is shipped via certified EMS/USPS service, it might require additional quarantine time at customs and may be found non-admissible for further delivery. In such case we will reship this order via regular mail to you at no additional cost.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are issued in following cases:
1. For orders that have been placed but not yet shipped.
2. If you require refund for opened or used packages please provide the copy of medical report from your local physician stating your medical conditions after taking medication. Upon receiving this documentation your purchase will be refunded in full, excluding shipping cost. No questions asked.
