He had failed and had tried Generic Cialis

In early 2004, Daniel Kostner sat his desk and looked through the window at the structures around Viagra's main office building. After that quick look outside, Kostner looked again at the pile of papers on his desk. They were letters from customers, men who had used Generic Viagra.

Kostner had been asked to read each letter and to sort them according to their contents. The company wanted to know how many customers had sent positive feedback, and how many had presented the company with a complaint.

Kostner put two small signs on his desk. One sign had a "+" on it. Kostner planned to put any positive response next to that sign. A second sign had a "-"on it. Kostner planned to pile any complaints next to that sign.

Kostner read the first three letters. They were all from men who had achieved an erection by using Generic Viagra. Kostner put those letters next to the "+" sign. Then Kostner tore open the fourth letter.

That letter was from a man who had found that it was taking him longer and longer to achieve an erection. He had had to put a good deal of energy into an arousal just to get an erection. He had hoped to reduce that time and effort with his Generic Viagra. He had failed and had tried Generic Cialis. He confessed to being unhappy with both products.

Kostner considered that to be a negative comment. He put it over by the appropriate sign. He would have to visit the people in Research and Development and show them that letter.

Kostner feared that he might have to read a string of complaints. Sure enough, the next letter began with words that demonstrated unhappiness on the part of a customer. Yet closer reading kept Kostner from putting that next letter in either of the two designated spots on his desk.

The writer of the second letter complained about needing a longer time to get an ejaculation. He had thought that Generic Viagra would offer a solution. He had not realized that the ingredients in Viagra simply aided the achievement of an erection, and nothing more. Kostner put that letter in a third spot, a spot sort of off to the side.

That lonely letter that was put off to the side soon had company. Kostner read another complaint. One man had hoped that his all too brief orgasm might be made longer by using Viagra. His hopes had been dashed.

The next two letters had similar complaints. They were complaints about perceived failures from a user of the Generic Viagra. One man had hoped to achieve a larger volume of ejaculate by using the Generic Viagra. Another man had expected the ED pill to shorten the time that he had to take between one act of intercourse and the next.

Kostner knew that neither Generic Viagra nor Generic Cialis could remedy the problems detailed by most of the letter writers. He decided that he would make a point of sending a personal reply to those men. He would try to make clear the times when a man could and could not benefit from using Generic Viagra.
