Research Reveals New Marketing Tool for Generic Viagra
Roger Simms had a recurring nightmare. In that nightmare the makers of Generic Cialis came up with a clever scheme. They made false accusations and pointed a finger at the company that employed Simms. In the nightmare, they found a way to convince the public that Generic Viagra could cause prostate cancer.
Simms never mentioned his nightmare to the other men in his marketing department. Instead he watched carefully for any signs that his nightmare was about to become a reality. Simms was constantly on the lookout for marketing information that might portend the realization of his greatest fears.
By a strange coincidence, Simms had had that very nightmare on the night before he got a most unusual piece of mail. It was a letter from someone in the Prostate Foundation of America. The letter’s return address put Simms ill at ease. He opened that letter with trembling hands.
The Foundation spokesman had written about a planned study. The University of Michigan was working on a new test for prostate cancer. They hoped to develop the diagnostic tools that would permit detection of certain genetic changes in the urine from male donors. The University of Michigan would be working with Gen-Probe Inc. in San Diego, CA.
The Foundation needed to identify men who would be willing to contribute a urine sample. In return for providing the urine sample, the men would get a small remuneration. In addition, they would be followed for ten years, to see if they developed prostate cancer.
The Foundation was inviting Simms to contribute the names of possible donors. Simms was told that in exchange for his help, all study literature would acknowledge the assistance provided by the makers of Generic Viagra. As Simms read the offer in his letter, his hands stopped shaking.
To Simms, that letter seemed like a dream come true. If men taking Generic Viagra could be part of this study, the results should show no link between use of ED pills and a man’s chances for getting prostate cancer. With that information clear to the Foundation, the makers of Generic Cialis could not do what they had done in Simms’ recurring nightmare.
Moreover, all of the men involved in this study, even those who had never before thought about using ED pills would see the word “Viagra,” and not the words “Generic Cialis.” Simms immediately called for his secretary. He dictated to her a response to the letter from the Foundation. He made it clear that he was eager to work with them to find men who might want to participate in their study.
That night Simms wife had a question for him: “Did you contact your doctor? You said you wanted to find out if there was a medication that could help you to get rid of your nightmares.”
“No,” said Simms. “I will not need to see a doctor now. I do not expect to have that nightmare any more. Now I know that anything that was in that nightmare will never come true.”
